In a blog post from July 2018, Twitter claims that they do not shadowban by defining shadowbanning as deliberately making someone’s content undiscoverable to everyone except the person who posted it, unbeknownst to the original poster.If you strictly follow Twitter's own definition, this may not be false because the key is discoverability. Later, Twitter provides a hint why this definition.

Wednesday -Also did I mention we have a server? Hail and Well Met!The Shadowbane Emulator ('SBEmu') project will be starting a new fresh server to kick off Season 6 on January 11th. Shadowbane is an older, tab-target sandbox MMO focused on player-driven conflict, city-building, and complex character creation.The game has a hardcore PvP element, only a few cities are considered safe holds, and once you reach the mainlands (1-hour investment) any death results in your inventory being up for grabs to be looted. Even after almost 20 years, new character builds are being invented, new spec groups developed, the options are limitless!
Over the past few months, we have been working to create additional content to decentralize PvP to allow solo players and smaller groups alternate paths to end game PvP encounters through our Bounty system.The game utilizes tab-targeting and is free to play. We are always looking to introduce new players to the game and the literal best time to do this is at a server wipe. With an engine built in the early 2000s, any graphics card can run the game.

I was getting my life on track.Shadowbane is one of, if not, the best PVP MMOs ever made with the greatest clan/guild + nation + race system ever.This game has so many levels of pvp, and character planning can take hours because the runes, races, classes, and weapons allow for so much customization and new ideas.Omfg. Damn, and being there at launch would be huge. I can only imagine the battles for leveling areas. Scouts will be high in demand.OH dang, I want to be there.
If you're an MMORPG enthusiast and you've never tried Shadowbane, don't miss out this opportunity, you will not regret it. Graphics aside, this game delivers a unique unbelievably fun experience you'll never ever get a chance to experience again.After a few months after launch of a new server the game will fizzle down because it's a private server old game, doesn't really hold your hand, so the free-for-all aspect of the open world PvP will slowly disappear. So do not wait for playing later or at another time, you WANT to be there at launch.PS: spend a good 30 mins setting up your interface when you get in the game, the UI is all customizable and atrocious if you don't edit it yourself. And before you leave newb Island, you must join a nation or else you'll have a bad time lol.Omg, I'm already thinking about all the politics of a new server right now, it's going to be an insane start.
