A comprehensive Strategy Guide. Rated 5 out of5 byethan1404 fromI love it!i As you probably know by now, this game is based on Greek Mythology The overall rating I imagine is based on those who have written and either don't know about, or don't like this concept however, I have always been fascinated by Greek mythology - Zeus and the Gods of Olympus, in fact, in this world we live in, being able to get lost in fantasy and fairy tales, such as my mother used to read to me at night, allows me to enjoy this type of game even more. Our world is made up of terrorism, killing, murderers, robbery, etc. Even way down under where I live, so to have a little time for fantasy, fun, mythology is, to me anyway, pure pleasure and time away from the harsh realities of life!At first I thought this game visually, was going to be very ordinary but after a few screens, graphics suddenly improved and were beautiful for the rest of the game, the DEV's took time to research Greek Mythology and added their little twist on an otherwise true account of the Gods. And if you too like Greek mythology, they took time at the end of the game to expand on all the God figurines collected.I absolutely loved this game, ran smoothly, kept true to the history books, allowed the player to become immersed in their 'twist' on the Gods of Olympus whilst keeping it true and factual, as mythology goes and kept away from dark, all too real life games as often comes out.Greek mythology is fascinating in itself and whilst in today's age and mindset, hard to believe, it is something in our history books to be absorbed and enjoyed. Congratulations to the DEV's and BFG for finding a way to make a game a little different, encompassing history and staying true to that whilst adding fun and what could be almost a believable scenario to that time in history!I absolutely recommend this game, even to those who know nothing of Greek mythology as it is a history lesson in itself! Rated 5 out of5 byTeachumWell fromA Good Story, an Excellent Game! As a player who reads and considers others' reviews, I was hesitant to try this game as it sounded like something best to avoid.

NESThe central conceit here is just fine, but in practice, a lot of the animal forms are just kind of awkward to use. Little nemo the dream master. Another regular one is the lizard, which lets you climb on walls and sneak through small areas. The trade-off is that it also walks incredibly slowly, which means you need to constantly jump to pick up the pace. One prominent one is the frog, which lets you high jump as well as kill enemies by leaping on top of them.

But having played other games from these devs I tried it.Am I glad I did! The graphics are clear, colorful and appropriate to the theme.

The VO's are appropriate and there's even a custom mode for adjusting game specifics. What more could there be? Well, clear objects in the HO's, a match 3 if the HO gets too frustrating, and hints that quickly recharge. Well, it's a bit of twisted Greek mythology but imaginative and interesting enough to make me want to see how they reach the outcome. While there's no morphing objects or cute sidekicks, there are achievements and collectables and an optional tutorial #full or partial#. But for those looking for ultra glitz and current gimmicks and trends, this may prove too tame.

But give it a try. You may be drawn in and end up a hero of Greece! Rated 5 out of5 byTygerlilyFlower fromMythology Madness! I am really enjoying this game so I do not understand the so-so reviews as I have played many games on Big Fish and I always am eager to play anything by certain developers and Blam falls into that category. The game is beautifully done, visually lovely with an engrossing story as I love mythology and there are various HOPs that never get repetitive. What I really like is that the mini-games are different and not too difficult.I hate when I have to skip them! All in all, a great game and although I love collectibles/morphing objects (and you can collect statues of the gods in this game but they are not in every scene), sometimes it's nice to just relax and take in the gameplay without having to constantly search for things.

Revenge

Now back to playing so enjoy! Rated 4 out of5 bypennmom36 fromSeek The Help Of The Gods Archaeologists have accidentally awakened the legendary Titans, in Athen's Greece! Looks like your peaceful vacation will be more exciting than you anticipated, an eclipse that wasn't supposed to occur, massive earthquakes that swallow up entire vehicles and a giant Titan bent on revenge is the least of your problems! The Gods have deemed you worthy enough (because apparently you were the only one who could solve the mini game) to receive the Amulet of Time, which will allow you to travel through time itself, between ancient Greece and Modern Greece, seeking the help of Gods long forgotten. Time hasn't been kind to the Gods, modern Grecians no longer worship their powerful Gods, and they have weakened over time.

Can the Gods defeat the Titans once again, or will the Titans thirst for revenge destroy everything and everyone in their path?Who doesn't love a good story based upon the Olympian Gods of Greece? The mythical twelve Gods and Goddesses that once ruled the universe from atop Mount Olympus, must return after hundreds of years of dormancy. Zeus, was the Leader of Mt. Olympus, who overthrew his father, Kronos, the leader of the Titans, his wife was Hera, and they became the King and Queen, and ruler of the gods. Rated 4 out of5 bybratzgram fromFantastic Mini Games!!! After reading the reviews I didn't expect much from this.

Just goes to show the difference in opinions! I truly enjoyed it. It has mini games like I have never seen before and I have played 1000s of this type of game. I thought the story line was good and the HO's are very interactive, although a bit on the easy side. The challenge given in the minis make up for that. I can't understand the low rating this is receiving! Play it for yourself and see.
